Clean-lined architectural interior with a large-span ceiling fan and controlled natural light

For architects

Precise specification. Products that perform as documented.

You specify with precision, and the product has to perform exactly as documented. We work with architects who need reliable technical data, code compliance, and availability across the entire build.

We understand how you work

What you document is a commitment. The product has to meet it — in performance, in certification, and on schedule — without forcing you to rework the spec mid-build.

Specs that must be exact
The data has to be precise and code-compliant — one wrong number carries through to the field.
Products that perform as documented
Performance, finish, and certification must match what was specified, not approximate it.
Availability across a long build
Supply has to hold across months of construction, not just the day of the order.
Coordination with the project
Fans, lighting, and controls must coordinate with each other and with the broader project.

How we serve you

Specification depth

CFM, blade span, UL Damp/Wet and marine ratings, controls, and flat- or sloped-ceiling mounting — the data your spec document requires.

Architectural-lighting authority

Decorative and architectural lighting from premium lines, coordinated with the project’s fans from a single source.

Warranty we manage ourselves

All authorized-dealer, with full manufacturer warranty we manage — not a support line that bounces the claim.

Code-compliant installation in Southern California

When the project is in the region, installation is handled by our licensed C-10 electrical arm, Specialty Electric, to code.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide technical specifications?
Yes. We give you the data your spec document needs — CFM, blade span, UL Damp/Wet and marine ratings, control options, and mounting requirements — and help you confirm the product meets what was documented before you commit the order.
Do you carry products certified for outdoor or marine environments?
Yes. We carry models UL Damp-rated for covered areas, UL Wet-rated for exposed locations, and anti-corrosion finishes for coastal and marine environments — specified to withstand salt air, humidity, and sun.
Do you coordinate with the project schedule?
Yes. We confirm availability and timing up front and sustain supply throughout the build, so product delivery follows the project schedule rather than the other way around.
Do you install to code in Southern California?
Yes. When the project is in Southern California, our electrical arm, Specialty Electric (California C-10 license #1113915), performs the installation to code.
