What languages do you serve in?

Spanish and English, every day, at both showrooms. WhatsApp and phone also available in either language.

When do you respond to the form?

Within 1–2 business days. Monday through Friday during regular hours. If your request is urgent, also message us via WhatsApp to speed up the response.

Are you available on weekends?

Our showrooms are open Saturdays (and possibly Sundays depending on location — see hours above). WhatsApp is monitored during business hours; weekend messages are answered the next business day.

Can I send photos of the fan or space?

Yes. The easiest way is via WhatsApp. You can also attach photos to email after our first contact.

Do you have a central office or just the showrooms?

We operate from the two showrooms (San Diego and Rancho Mirage). There's no separate office — all customer service happens directly from the showrooms.
